I fancy a trip to China particularly Beijing and the Great Wall.  I am at a loose end towards the end of November/early December.  Trip can be a week stretching to 3 weeks depending on budget.  

I am a single, reasonably fit 54 year old of Chinese descent, speak a little bit of Mandarin.  China has always been a dream destination.  I hope there is someone out there who is having the same fancy so that we can team up and explore this great city and maybe beyond.

Have taken the plunge, trip

Have taken the plunge, trip now arranged. Will be in Beijing on the 5th Nov. 2012 then moving on to Xian and Suzhou, Shanghai and ending in Hangzhou. All in about 12 days in China and then flying to Kuala Lumpur to see friends and family before returning to UK.

Very interested in a China

Very interested in a China trip myself. Have been looking at a 13 day guided tour with Viking River Cruise, with stops at Shanghai and Beijing. Taking in Great wall, Terracotta Army, etc. Dates interested in are May or Sept 2013 outside monsoon season.
Doing £1000 off pp at the moment, would bring it in under 3K all in excursions, food, drink, hotels, cruise la la la.
