Hello!

We suggest starting a New Topic for each new meeting organised to avoid a very long discussion thread for meetings which have now happened.

Particularly for the larger meetings like 'London' or 'Scotland' for example...

For these larger meetings we are also happy to make them 'stickies' so that they remain at the top of the board.

When a meeting has passed (and any meeting feedback has been written!), we suggest writing a note saying this topic has now closed. You may like to make a reference to the new meeting name/link.

We are more than happy to lock the old meetings if you would like to stop people posting in them and missing out on the latest meeting discussion. If you would like us to do this, please let us know at
