This sounds like a Meetup event to me.

Could you please post "Meetup in Poole, Dorset" in Events? That is the place where people will be looking to meet other members from the same area. Please insert as many information as possible to make it appealing for members to join. Let me know if you need some help.

Have only just seen replies to my topic regarding a Poole/Bournemouth group. Head girl suggests putting in on the Forum. Unfortunately I am off at end November for a trip ending 14th March 2011 with a lady I met through T&L. Very keen to do something when I return.

Hi Ana - I will have to shelve the Meetup in Dorset forum post until I return next March. Off end November with a T&L member I met at the Gauguin Exhib. Tate Modern. Tell you about it when I get a chance. Leaving for 4 days Dubrovnik on Sunday, so quite busy. Annie

Sorry I didn't see your post earlier. I'm still interested in getting a group going in Poole/Bournemouth, but am off for the winter with a T&L member I met last month! If no one else publishes it on the Forum I will try before I leave in November otherwise April - never too late. Annie
