rent a apt on the Algarve Portugal for a month take a side trip to places we agree upon

Winter after pendemic. Spend 3-4 months travelling Europe staying a month or so in each destination, renting a house or apt living like a local, taking side trips. My Portugal the Algarve 2021 is cancelled due to cv-19 . Hopefully by 2022 winter we will have a vaccine and it will be safe to travel.  So many destinations in Europe  Italy is one of my favourites, spend a month or so in a village take side trips learn some Italian enjoy sunshine and walking avoiding snow and winter. I would be up to a side trip to Morrocco been several times. Open to suggestions.
