Escape to country

I am recently retired and also recently separated, so am beginning a whole new life. Until now my travel experiences have been mainly in Europe and for short holiday breaks, apart from twice visiting my stepson and his family in Hong Kong. I am hoping to do that again this year and would love to travel on to Australia to meet up with my son who is there with his girlfriend, on a working holiday visa. I used to enjoy walking holidays, particularly in the Lake District, and am thinking that I would enjoy a much gentler version of that in a warmer climate. I am enjoying having time to get back to reading, especially novels, am currently reading the new Maggie O'Farrell and looking forward to the publication of the latest Kate Atkinson.

Retired teacher looking for quiet relaxing European holiday

I am a semi retired teacher,enjoy the outdoors with my 2 dogs and white racing pigeons with whom I do the occassional wedding release.
I have always been adventerous but age clipping my wings,which I dont mind. Never been one for make up and fashion after my teens.
I love nature and all things green.
I am easy going and looking for a troup or group of individuals to have a special holiday, like swimming with dolphins or something inspirational.

A 26 year old dying for an adventerous holiday. I enjoy learning about new cultures, trying new foods and exploring new areas of the world. I also thrive of adrenaline and love all sorts of excurtions and activities in different countries.

I have joined this sight mainly because I would like someone to go holiday with! All my friends and family either have no money or is married with kids. I love meeting new people who are outgoing and also easy to get along with. I just simply want to have fun, relax and just have a good time.

I am a movie lover - I go to the cinema pretty much every weekend. I love all different types of music and have booked 4 concerts already this year - JayZ and Kanye was the best concert I have been to by far! I am not a heavy drinker but will have a drink on special occasions.

I have been to Thailand, New York, Dubai (mainy times), Paris, Barcelona, India and Eygpt.

I would love to go back to Thailand or even travel to the Phillipines, Malaysia or Brazil but I am open to any suggestions!!

Having been widowed now for over 14 months, I find myself ready to face the world and on the brink of a new life and honestly I don't know where to start. I am still searching for who I am without my husband; although I know I can fun, witty and up for new adventures. I was born in Cambridge where I still have family, but moved to Kent when I was 28 and now live near the coast. I love the sea and the countryside in equal measure. I would love to find a way to make news friends and new beginnings. Many of the friends I have are married with children and not able to travel or have weekends away - I still have a lot of life to live and I'd like to share it with some new friends.
