Hi! I'd like to share the 11 day trip that I have been preparing with the very professional local Omani TO ‘Oman Trekking Guides’. I am an outgoing, adventurous, kind, well-travelled, mid-30s female looking for friendly like-minded travellers to enjoy this adventure.
The trip is a great mix of cultural visits, trekking in two magnificent deserts – Rub al Khali and the White Desert (6 days in the desert in total with 4-5 hour walking each day) plus some lovely hikes and swims in the crystal waters of the wadis (canyons) of Oman... Ideally I’d like to keep the group small in size (between 5 and 8 people) and travel during the second half of October or November.
The cost is £1159 (including an english-speaking tour-guide, transportation by 4X4 between cities, food and accommodation from day 1 to day 11 - but excluding flights) for a group of minimum 5 people. This can go down to £815 for 8 people. I am not taking any commission for this tour, I just have a passion for travel and Oman has been one of my top dream destinations for a long time!
