Berlin Opera for Christmas

Won't break the bank
Age range

Two-week stay in Berlin to see up to 10 operas in 3 different opera houses

Arrive in Berlin on December 19; stay at the Arcotel John Kennedy on Werderscher Markt 11, five minute walk from 2 of the 3 opera houses where we can see at least 10 operas during our 2 week stay.  Berlin is for opera lovers: there are three renowned opera houses. The largest is the Deutsche Oper in Charlottenburg; the oldest is the Staatsoper Unter den Linden, built in the mid-18th century in the heart of the royal capital of Frederick the Great. Not far from there, the Komische Oper on Behrenstraße delights music lovers with its extravagant neo-Baroque interior.
