Beginning in Fort Kochi, Kerala, in time to see the New Year Parade and then touring Kerala and Tamil Nadu.

I wanted to join a trip to Kerala but couldn't find a fit with the ones already organised so we have set one up to cover New Year and January.  There are 3 of us on the trip at the moment (Chimpcat & Millymoo) and we are happy for others to join us for all or parts of the trip.

We have booked our return flights (Cochin out and Chennai return) and are starting with a 4 day stay in Fort Kochi for a relaxing tour of the area and to see the New Year Parade.  We are allowing 2 weeks for Kerala and 1 week for Tamil Nadu.  The plan for Tamil is to see in the New Year (13th-16th Jan), visit some temples and experience the difference in culture between the 2 places.

This is the itinerary we have worked out for the trip - we have chosen a base for each area so we don't have to take luggage with us everywhere and there are a range of activities/trips that can be booked, either group or individual:
